Bayline Contact Ltd

Bayline is an outsourced customer contact business with centres in Cardiff and Glasgow. We look after customers on behalf of energy suppliers, insurers and travel companies, handling inbound calls, web chat and email, as well as some outbound welcome and retention calls. Around 800 advisers, team leaders and support staff work across the two sites. Clients keep their own scripts and systems, but the training, coaching and quality frameworks are ours, and we are proud that a lot of our team leaders started on the phones. We opened in Cardiff Bay in 2003 with forty seats and one insurance client. Today we run English, Welsh, Spanish and French language lines and offer accredited customer service qualifications to every adviser who passes probation.
